Since 9:00 AM CET today (October 31, 2025), we have observed no further publishing or engagement failures related to the ongoing, random TikTok profile issue.
While the core issue appears to have resolved itself on the TikTok side, we will keep the status as Monitoring for the remainder of the day to ensure stability.

Investigating
We are currently investigating a widespread issue impacting TikTok, which began on October 28, 2025, and is ongoing. This issue does not appear to affect all clients or all connected profiles.
Impact While most affected TikTok profiles appear to be connected and correctly configured on the client side, the following key functions are failing:
Publishing: Users are unable to post new content. Engagement: Actions like publishing comments and liking comments are failing. Data Retrieval: Incoming comments are not being displayed or synchronized. Profile Renewal: Multiple attempts to renew expired TikTok profiles are failing.
Current Status & Workaround We believe the root cause is a bug on the TikTok API end, as our systems and client configurations remain unchanged.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide an update once we have more information from TikTok or a permanent resolution.
