Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ability to publish Instagram Reels through the Emplifi Publisher.
Summary of Impact: Clients attempting to publish Reels are receiving a "Media ID is not available" error.
Root Cause: Based on our investigation, this issue is originating from the Instagram API on the Meta side. We have identified an OAuthException with a specific error subcode (2207027) which indicates the media is not ready for publishing. This is a problem with the media processing on Meta's end, and it is not an issue with the Emplifi Publisher.
Our Actions: Our engineering team has confirmed the issue and is in direct communication with Meta's support team to provide all necessary details and work toward a resolution.
Next Steps: The fix for this issue depends on Meta's action. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide another update as soon as we receive new information from them.
