Incident Closure: Meta API Bug

Although some instability remains on Meta’s side, Emplifi’s workarounds continue to shield clients from any impact. Platform functionality is fully operational, and no disruptions are affecting our users.

Unfortunately, Meta has not yet addressed the underlying issue. Given that our product is stable and performing as expected, we are closing this incident for now. Should we receive any updates from Meta or observe changes that affect platform performance, we will promptly inform our customers.

Incident Update: Meta API Instability

The incident reported on Meta has not yet been fixed. Our logs indicate that the number of incorrect responses from the API decreased significantly on August 22, but some occurrences are still present.

Our workarounds continue to function, ensuring that Emplifi clients are not affected by these occurrences since the workarounds were implemented.

We regret to inform you that Emplifi is still experiencing instability with Meta’s API, initially reported on August 14th, causing Instagram profile connections to expire. This affects content publishing and data retrieval for impacted profiles.

We have immediately reported the recurrence of this incident to Meta and are awaiting their response. In parallel, our team is actively investigating potential workarounds to minimize disruption for our clients.

We will continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available. In the meantime, we recommend monitoring expiration notification emails from Emplifi and renewing any expired profile connections to restore functionality.
