Identified - We regret to inform you that Emplifi is still experiencing instability with Meta’s API, initially reported on August 14th, causing Instagram profile connections to expire. This affects content publishing and data retrieval for impacted profiles.
We have immediately reported the recurrence of this incident to Meta and are awaiting their response. In parallel, our team is actively investigating potential workarounds to minimize disruption for our clients.
